Will Tales of Beruseria come to PC?

Tales of Berseria PC

I’m sure many of you are enjoying the newest Tales of game, Tales of Zestiria as much as I am. The game is the best Tales game I’ve played to date, and the best thing about it is that I can play it on my PC. With that being said, what happens after this one?
We already know that Symphonia is coming to the PC as well, but what about the other Tales of games, will we PC gamers be getting some more ports of the past titles, like Vesperia and Xellia, and what about the future games like the upcoming, Tales of Beruseria?

What is Tales of Beruseria?

Tales of Beruseria  is an upcoming Japanese role-playing game.  It is the sixteenth main entry in the Tales series, developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment

Tales of Berseria 1

Beruseria story will mainly take place in the Midgand Sacred Kingdom, a powerful country that rules over this world’s archipelago of a continent, surrounded by countless numbers of islands. Midgand’s rule crosses even the seas. Areas of land and islands in the game are divided into “territories.” That The game’s protagonist will traverse. She, yes the protagonist is female, a welcomed first for the series, is named Velvet – Velvet, who is a 19-year-old female pirate used to be a no-frills and very frank girl who held much love for her family, but she completely changed because of an incident that happened 3 years prior to the game. It’s as if her ability to smile has completely disappeared, and in exchange, cold emotions of anger and hatred bore fruit. She has shut out her kindness and as such has let her cold fury burn to the extent that it soon becomes an existence big enough to shake this world.

Tales of Berseria 2 Tales of Berseria 3

Bandai Namco Entertainment officially announced the game on June 6, 2015, the game, including details on the protagonist Velvet, voiced by Rina Satou and designed by Mutsumi Inomata, and that ufotable will animate the cutscenes.

As of this article there is no word from Bandai Namco about any possible PC version of Beruseria which is currently slated to be released in japan for the PS3 and PS4 exclusively, but that is not to say that there won’t be a PC version. The information currently available about the game is related to the Japanese version exclusively. Some of that information can change if the game is released in other regions, including the platforms that it is available on. One example of this was Vesperia which was exclusive to the PS3 for it’s Japanese release, but was later made an Xbox exclusive when it was brought across the proverbial pond.
