A Quick Peek at “Kona: Day One” (New Indie Adventure)

Kona: Day One is an indie detective adventure game set in the far northern reaches of Canada in 1970. It’s the first game by Parabole, and technically the game is still in a pre-Beta phase, but thankfully we were given a copy of the game to check out for you guys!

The video here is a short look at the game’s beginning with some commentary I provide to give you some additional information, tell you what the game’s all about, and give you a taste of what you can expect if you dig deep into it.

You can find out more about Kona at the game’s website, and technically you can purchase the beta copy of the game from GOG. A Steam release is in the works, though, so if Steam is your preferred method of play, you might want to hold out a little bit longer!

In either case, Kona is a fun, intriguing, and desolate adventure that leaves you wanting to know more and keeps you guessing at where you need to go next. But, believe me, that’s a good thing!
