Dark Souls Launches Mobile Promotion

Bandai Namco and Game Stop has collaborated to achieve awesomeness. In anticipation of the release of Dark Souls 3 they have launched an interactive Dark Souls themed mobile promotion, aptly named Slashly Souls, to market the game to fans and bring awareness to Game Stop’s exclusive collectible pre-order item, a bonfire keychain.

 


Slashy Souls is a 2D side scrolling mobile game inspired by the Dark Souls world. It features game play reminiscent of the 16 bit era of games and promises plenty is spells, weapons, echoing deaths and monstrous bosses which fits right in with the typical Dark Souls experience. Players of the game will also be able to earn badges and share in-game scores to win prizes.

Slashy Souls

Slashy Souls is available for free download via the iTunes App Store and the Google Play Store. Dark Souls will be released on April 12th and is available for pre-order.
