Young Justice Season 3 Is Official!

After years of fans rallying, Warner Bros. have officially announced that start of production on Young Justice season 3. It would seem that dreams most certainly do come true as the new season of the critically acclaimed and beloved DC animation will begin with new twists, turns and dangerous new threats for the team, but most importantly, the opportunity for fans to finally continue the adventures of some of their favorite Super Heroes.

young_justice_tv_seriesThe series focuses on the exploits of the younger generation of heroes such as Aqualad, Robin, Kid Flash, Artemis and more as the endeavor to grow and prove to themselves and their mentors that they are in fact heroes in their own right. After its abrupt cancellation in 2013 at the end of season 2 fans were left bothered by all the unanswered questions an potential the show had to offer.

While no official release date or plot has yet been released, we haven’t even been told what network will be hosting this miraculous comeback, it has been confirmed that Original Young Justice producers Brandon Vietti (Batman: Under the Red Hood, Superman: Doomsday) and Greg Weisman (Star Wars Rebels, Gargoyles, The Spectacular Spider-Man) have both returned to the series for the new season.
