Gain Access To Dreadnought PS4 Closed Beta Now

Grey Box, Six Foot and independent developer YAGER have released the all-new Havoc mode for the console-exclusive closed beta of Dreadnought, the class-based spaceship action game, on the PlayStation 4.

Available only on the PlayStation 4, Havoc is a cooperative mode in which three players attempt to survive as long as possible against progressively tougher waves of enemies from the Scavs, a new AI faction with their own unique ships. Rather than bringing their own premade fleet loadouts into battle, players will select ships at the beginning of each match and upgrade them over time. Havoc is playable on two new maps: Xanthe and Hekate.

Players can register for Dreadnought’s closed beta on the PlayStation 4 at https://www.greybox.com/dreadnought/en/ps4/. Instant access to the closed beta can also be obtained with the purchase of one of the new Dreadnought Founder’s Packs, available today via the PlayStation Store:

  • PS4 Hunter Pack ($9.99) – Closed beta access, plus two Hero Ships (the PCF Morningstar Dreadnought and PCF Silesia Artillery Cruiser), 1,200 Grey Box Points (GP), which can be used to buy ship emblems, decals and more, 10,000 Credits, which can be spent on new ships, weapon upgrades and modules, seven days of Elite Status, which grants bonus experience and credits per match, two Fleet Recruitment Packs, and an assortment of coatings, emblems and decals.
  • PS4 Mercenary Pack ($39.99) – Closed beta access, plus five Hero Ships (the Huscarl Destroyer, Kali Tactical Cruiser, Outis Corvette, PCF Morningstar Dreadnought and PCF Silesia Artillery Cruiser), 3,500 GP, 25,000 Credits, 30 days of Elite Status, two Fleet Recruitment Packs, and an assortment of coatings, emblems and decals.
Fleet Recruitment Packs can be shared with friends; each contains closed beta access, two Hero Ships (the PCF Morningstar Dreadnought and PCF Silesia Artillery Cruiser), 250 GP and an assortment of coatings, emblems and decals.

Dreadnought puts players in the captain’s chair of massive capital ships on the front lines of tactical team battles across a variety of competitive multiplayer game modes. Five distinct ship classes, specializing in vital roles like frontline assault, long-range bombardment, strategic support and more, offer fleets unique powers to exploit the enemy’s weaknesses and claim victory. There are more than 50 playable vessels to master, each customizable with an array of weapons, modules, coatings and decals.

Dreadnought is being created for the PlayStation 4 by lead-developer YAGER and co-developer Iron Galaxy Studios in partnership with Six Foot and Grey Box. The game’s PlayStation 4 closed beta features six playable maps and four game types: Team Deathmatch, Team Elimination, Training and Havoc modes.
