XBOX Series X First Impressions

This week we got our hands on one of the launch editions of the XBOX Series X. The third entry in the Microsoft line of home consoles is powered by AMD and looks set to dominate this generation’s console scene thanks in part to key offerings.

Including Game Pass Ultimate with this powerhouse of a console makes it a very desirable purchase for this holiday. Ultimate includes all the first-party offerings from Microsoft’s studios along with some third party titles along with EA’s catalog through the included EA Access. If you play a lot of games that’s just value, especially when considering that it’s fully backwards compatible.

Xbox Series X launched at participating retailers worldwide on November 10, 2020 and is also compatible with XBOX 360 and One games.
