“The Witcher 2” Long Play: Chapter 2-3!

First, let me say that I know that this is a very long video. It is almost three-and-a-half hours! However, the reason for this is that as I kept playing, I realized I was closing in on the end of the chapter and that the ending was building up to be pretty epic, and since some of you guys encouraged me on Twitter to just record what was a normal session or so of a game, that felt like the right thing to do. Besides, you guys can take it in chunks, and if you are logged in to YouTube when you watch, it will save your position 🙂

Anyway, this video wraps up everything in Vergen. We finally break the curse on the battlefield, which while setting the souls of the dead free does also have the unfortunate side-effect of letting King Henselt’s army make it to the city for a pretty epic siege. The battle is long, and lots of crazy things happen, but as you might expect it does end in victory for the freedom fighters. Yet, something seems amiss with Eilhart, the sorceress working with Saskia, and the way things leave off will send Geralt and Iorveth traveling to Loc Muinne to attend the “peace conference” there.

Where is Triss Merigold, and what is Eilhart’s plan for Saskia, the dragon?

I guess you’ll have to stick around and watch Chapter 3 to find out!
