Realm of Ink Set to Launch on Steam Early Access

After months of development and community engagement, publisher 663 Games and developer Leap Studio have announced the upcoming launch of Realm of Ink on PC via Steam Early Access on September 27th.

Realm of Ink is an action roguelite game that stands out with its unique blend of 2.5D Chinese-style ink painting and modern art direction. The game features a rich combat system that allows players to explore multiple character forms and play styles. Its deep and thought-provoking narrative delves into the philosophical themes of life, nihilism, and existentialism.

Community-Driven Development

Leap Studio has been actively collaborating with the growing Realm of Ink community, gathering valuable feedback to enhance the game’s development. Following a delay from its originally planned Early Access release in May, the team has introduced numerous exciting features to ensure a captivating gameplay experience.

Ongoing Updates and Optimizations

During the Early Access period, players can expect frequent updates and optimizations. The developers plan to introduce more protagonist forms, expanded weapons and play styles, additional Ink Pet gameplay mechanics, new areas, bosses, and much more.

New Trailer Release

To celebrate the announcement, 663 Games has released a new Early Access Release Date Trailer. The trailer showcases the newly designed art of the first chapter, the unique A’Kuan (Panda) form with its staff weapon and play style, and the stunning Chinese ink-style cut scenes that seamlessly tie the narrative together.
