Monthly Anime Update – September

♫Wake me up, when September ends♫

Those lyrics were the first thing that came to my mind when I hear September. It’s been a while since I heard the song thou. ANYWAYS I’m sure you’re not here to hear me talk about my musical taste, so shall we?

Shokugeki no Souma

Uh… there’s actually not much to say other than it’s probably the best food anime out there.

Still as interesting as always, I can’t really say much cause we are in the middle-ish of the anime season.

OH HOT DAMN EPISODE SEVEN – that was probably the most emotional scene of this season.

God Eater

This show seems less and less… great the more I watch it. I guess I expected to much…

Old shows:

K-On!! – episode 18

I think the show is pretty good other than the fact that I get bored of it kinda easily. Guess I’m just an action type of guy.

Nichijou – episode 18

I’m more of a dog person than a cat person, but Sakamoto thou 😀

Serial Experiments Lain

HOLY SHIT WHAT DID I WATCH – the anime. Unless you are open-minded, you won’t have a good time, but if you are… it’s a masterpiece.

Ouran Koukou Host Club

A show with interesting characters that I should have watched ages ago when one of my friends recommended to me.

Kokoro Connect

I love this show. I found some quotes from Aoki I live by and I found a new waifu ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Elfen Lied

large (1)

I watched Kill Bill when I was six years old, so you can probably guess how I took this show. Elfen Lied is awesome because it doesn’t have plot holes (to my belief) and its uncensored gore and nudity… which may or may not be awesome depending on your tolerance to these kinds of themes.

Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’

You can check out my thoughts on it here.

Detective Conan movie 06: The Phantom of Baker Street

My friend wanted me to watch Detective Conan, so we watched it together. Apparently the movies don’t require much from the show to watch the movies. It would be absolutely amazing if it were the 90s, but it’s not…

I swear there will never be enough time to hang out with friends in the summer.
