Dark Souls III release date & new trailer

Namco Bandai recently dropped a new trailer for the next entry in their popular Souls series. The game looks to be the same tried and true formula that fans of this type of this franchise like.  Developer FROMSOFTWARE and director Hidetaka Miyazaki claim Fans and newcomers alike will get lost in the games hallmark rewarding gameplay and immersive graphics.

There are also some cool pre-order bonuses depending on the platform you purchase the game for.

The publisher also revealed the collectors edition which included; The game (of course), a 10″ Red knight statue, a cloth game map, Metal case, Prima starter guide, the offical soundtrack CD and a 200 Page Artbook.

The game is said to be: 

Atmospheric Visual – Dynamic lighting and particle effects immerse players into a dark fantasy world of ruin.

Interconnected World – Expertly crafted world encourages players to explore vast and breathtaking landscapes.

Sword Action – Diversifies combat action allowing players to craft their own unique play style.

Unique Online System – Evolution of trademark online multiplayer functionality that seamlessly integrates online interactions into single player story.

Dark Souls 3 will be available April 12, 2016 in North America and South America for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and STEAM.
