As March comes to an end we receive a few more details about the upcoming Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale.

Last Saturday Aniplex USA unveiled the above visual along with more information on the cast, character designs and visuals for the movie. As part of the reveal it was announced that Rina Hidaka, Ayahi Takagaki, Miyuki Sawashiro and Hiroaki Hirata will be reprising their roles voicing Silica, Lisabeth, Sinon and Klein respectively along with images of their Ordinal Scale outfits.

The site previously revealed images of Kirito and Asuna in full Ordinal Scale gear along with details of the new game the will be immersing themselves in by way of the new Augmented Reality device the Augma which has had a concept art released as well

Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale is will be released in 2017. I’m so excited to jump back into the world of this particular anime so expect to see all the latest updates as the come.
