Dead By Daylight is available for Pre-order

Starbreeze AB and Behaviour Digital Inc. has finally announced the release date for the much awaited asymmetrical game Dead By Daylight. The game will be released on June 14th and is available for pre-order on Steam now.

Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game in which one crazed killer hunts four survivors through a terrifying nightmare. Players take on the role of both killer and survivors in a deadly game of cat and mouse. It’s a Mature Gamer take on the thrill of Hide & Seek.

The game comes in both a standard and a deluxe edition. The standard edition is available for $19.99/€19.99 and the deluxe edition is available on Steam for PC and digitally via other distribution channels for $29.99/€29.99. Both the standard and deluxe editions are available as a five pack for $79.99/€79.99 and $119.99/€119.99 respectively. A soundtrack for the game is also available for $9.99/€9.99
The standard edition includes a copy of the game plus a 10% discount if it’s pre-ordered. You also get a further 10% discount if you own Payday 2 on Steam. The deluxe edition is packed with goodies and gives you everything in the standard editions as well as a copy of the soundtrack, a digital art book, three codes for Dead By Daylight closed beta and two exclusive masks for Payday 2 on steam. The five pack editions gives you everything offered above times five but for the price of four copies. The soundtrack includes a 10% discount once pre-ordered plus an additional 10% discount if you own Payday 2.

A closed beta version of the game will be available from May 29th. There will also be a booth at PAX East in Poston, USA over the weekend April 22nd-24th dedicated to showcasing Dead by Daylight. If you’re going to PAX be sure to visit their booth #9224 between halls B and C.
