Square Enix Revives Classic JRPG Hallmarks
Tokyo RPG Factory, the newest studio in Square Enix, debuted their first ever game, I AM SETSUNA, at the 2016 Game Developer’s Conference.
Led by director Atsushi Hashimoto, Tokyo RPG Factory aims to return to the era of Japanese role-playing games full of narrative storylines and deep character development, re-inspired for the current generation with updated technology.
Using a battle system inspired by the classic hit Chrono Trigger, I AM SETSUNA promises a return to authentic RPG, beautiful artwork and a sorrowful storyline. The game is slated for a digital summer release in the West and will be available for PS4 and on Steam.

Sad to hear the Vita version has been canned in the west.
Yea, the game seems perfect for Vita
Looks like Squeenix is now saying they’ll bring the Vita version out if there’s “swelling demand”, so all I can say is let them know on social media that you want it.
yup we need to get people talking about it
