We’ll Be In My Hero Academia This Year

I’ve recently started watching My Hero Academia after being recommended by numerous friends, and it’s good. So good in fact that I’ve started craving a more of it when I’m not watching the anime. So imagine my glee when I stumbled upon the news that we’ll be getting a game for it this year. Bandai Namco, the publisher behind most of the best Anime based games over the last decade will be publishing it. They’ve worked on games for Naruto, One Piece, Dragon Ball and numerous Shonen Jump series, which in my eyes makes them very qualified for this job.

MY HERO ONE’S JUSTICE

MY HERO ONE’S JUSTICE, is a new 3D arena-based fighting game based on the popular manga and anime franchise. It takes place in a world where most of the population have superpowers known as Quirks. In this world heroes and villains are commonplace. One day, Izuku Midoriya, a bullied middle school student without a Quirk attempts to save his childhood bully Katsuki from a villain. In recognition of his good deed, the world’s greatest superhero, All Might, bestows upon Izuku his own Quirk known as “One For All”.

Players Will be able to chose between heroes and villains from My Hero Academia. Players will also be able to choose up to two sidekicks, and create the ultimate dream team. Similar to the Naruto Storm games, the two side kicks will provide combo opportunities and support abilities.

MY HERO ONE’S JUSTICE will launch in the Americas on PlayStation®4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch in 2018.
