Carnival Games hits PAX West
Have you missed the days of the Wii sports? How about that amazing title Carnival Games that brought carnival games to the console? Well at PAX West 2018 I saw the amazing Carnival Games newest rendition for the Nintendo Switch. While checking it out I had the pleasure of trying several of the mini-games. Bringing back fan favorite and introducing new soon to be favorites that can be played solo or with up to three friends.
With my time I watched a shooting arcade game with players in carts swirling around to hit targets for points. I watched and played a home run derby and many others. Carnival games will be packed with 20 mini-games and has a fun reward system. While playing you’re not only looking to defeat your friends but earn the most tickets to redeem new outfits.
The awesome benefit to Carnival Games coming Nintendo Switch is that now you can have family time anywhere. From a vacation, camping, airplane, or even in the back of the SUV while you’re parents are driving you some boring family reunion. The bonus? When you get to the boring family reunion you’ll be a hit when you pull out these classic and entertaining bundle of games.
From my time with it at PAX I can’t wait to introduce this to my group of friends and family and get hours of entertainment from it. We will follow it up with a full review when the release comes closer!
